LinkArise LeadTrack (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a CRM application designed for businesses to manage leads, team productivity, communication tracking, and performance monitoring.

• Data entered into the CRM (leads, notes, tasks, follow-ups, etc.)

2. App Permissions Used

Phone Call Permission

Purpose: Allows the user to initiate calls to CRM leads using the app’s integrated calling feature.

We do NOT:

• Auto-dial without user action
• Access personal contacts
• Use call data for advertising

Call Log Permission (Optional)

This permission is optional and not required for normal app use.

Purpose:

• Read call outcome (answered/missed)
• Read call duration
• Verify whether staff completed assigned follow-ups

Important:

• We only read call information for calls made through the app to CRM lead numbers.
• We do not access the full device call history.
• We do not collect call logs unrelated to CRM leads.
• Call log access is used only for staff performance tracking inside the business account.

3. How We Use the Information

• Lead management and follow-up tracking
• Staff performance evaluation
• Call verification for CRM leads
• Improving CRM accuracy and reporting

We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to any external party for marketing or advertising.

4. Data Security

We use encryption and secure communication protocols to protect your information. Only authorized users from your business organization can view CRM data.

5. Data Sharing

Your data is shared only within your business account based on assigned user roles (e.g., manager, staff).

We do not share your data with any external organizations.

6. Your Controls & Choices

• You can deny the Call Log permission and still use the app normally.
• You may revoke any permission anytime from your device settings.
• You may request account deletion by contacting support.

7. Children’s Privacy

LinkArise LeadTrack is intended for business use and not for individuals under 18 years of age.

8. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted within the app or on our website.
